★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lawyer Nicole John owed money for transaction that was improperly charged and hasnt paid 2 months later, even though it was advised that amount in question will be reimbursed right away advised 2 months ago. Upon calling head office today we are now told that Nicole John will fax the details to head office. This means this lawyer never actually submitted claim and is seen as dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with the office at Sheraton Centre and received a confirmation email. Showed up for my appointment. No lawyer, receptionist didn't have me on the appointment schedule and she couldn't reach the lawyer. She took down my information and I didn't hear back either with a phone call or email. I had cancelled my morning clients for the appointment so ended up being financially out of pocket. I will never recommend this firm if asked.
