First the guy on the phone that I made the appointment with, who I found out was the owner was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. I showed up, and the woman that help me at the front desk was awesome, I was treated like a VIP in my opinion. Then we have Justin. Justin did my hair to perfection. He exceeded my expectations as being a new client is always hard, because, for me anyway, it’s hard to articulate exactly what I want but he managed to pull it off. I highly recommend this saloon and I am sure there are a lot of great stylist there, but I will always choose Justin. Thank you all!!!

Stephan is a colour master. He always knows exactly what colour combo to use when highlighting my hair to bring out the best in my hair and compliment my skin tones. John has also cut my hair for years... he knows how to match the cut with my hair’s moods and memory. All COVID safe measures are respected and in place. Highly recommend!

The HairFX team is extremely professional and sweet, they helped me find my way to the salon since I got a little lost as well and explained all the COVID restrictions and procedures clearly. Senior stylist, Anne (owner) did an absolutely wonderful job doing my hair, she not only understood what I wanted but also gave me plenty of suggestions and helpful tips on my hair since it had been bleach damaged in the past. She has an amazing personality and explains every step she takes while cutting your hair thoroughly beforehand. From the moment I called until I walked out, I received incredible service and a phenomenal haircut! Definitely recommend her for your hair needs, finally found my favourite hairstylist! :)
