★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally applied for an increase to my mortgage. B2B repeatedly delayed the application, by requesting additional documents. When I withdrew my application for the increase to avoid my term expiring, I did not receive the paperwork I’m time, causing my mortgage into a 6 month high interest rate term (more than 3 times current rates). When I sent in the renewal information, I received an email 1week later stating that they did not receive “page 2” which was on the back of page 1 that I had sent. Of course they are now requesting that I fax the document once again to “expedite” things even though I do not have access to a fax machine.
Still paying 3 times the current rates and waiting for them to turn page 1 over! Gouging and incompetence! Unbelievable!

NEVER IN MY LIFE have I dealt with a more incompetent Bank!! Raised my mortgage 3x to supposedly cover my increase in Municipal Taxes, called city..NO RAISE...NO ONLINE ACCESS, says there is..but Good Luck!! Only Yearly statements. Different Agents, Different Answers! VERY FRUSTRATING COMPANY!!!!!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a relief to be done with B2B. Never again will I deal with them. Tried to refinance a mortgage, wild goose chase. Refinanced through a better institution and they dragged their feet with sending the mortgage discharge statement until it went in to a convertible with 6.54% for 3mnths penalty to pay, they sent an information statement instead so it went past the renewal date because of the 3-5 day processing time. I was told by an agent that my mortgage would be put in to an open but it was my word against theirs. #NEVERNEVERAGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B2B bank is single most corrupted bank within Canada, they have a strategy to hound innocent investors to get them to invest within their questionable investments through their own credit program plus any savings you may have to drive you to bankruptcy. Stay clear of this as they will keep repeating there is official risk but they can mitigate it by alternative methods giving false hopes to individuals with little to no financial knowledge. Always trust proper institutions like banks or consult with proper licensed professionals regarding your hard earned income. DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY INDIVIDUAL FROM B2B…they’re all scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a happy customer. Recently got a mortgage/line of credit. One of the most difficult experiences I've had arranging a mortgage and I used to be a mortgage broker. Vast amounts of paperwork and even my lawyer's office had a difficult time attempting to get the deal closed. I almost walked away but after 6+ weeks of attempteing to close the deal I didn't want to start from scratch. Now I can't even get online access to my line of credit. I've called 4 times but it just gets either escalated to tech services that haven't done anything. Not a very happy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Terrible Service, I have been calling every single day to have my mortgage statement. I spoke with Vishal and Maria few times to send me my Mortgage Statement, but no one was able to provide me with that even after speaking with several other agents. They will always say you will have it by the end of the day or with in 24 hours, but still it never came, and it has been over two months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the single worst bank I have ever dealt with, I tried to Renew my mortgage, sent in all the paper work and 2 months goes by with no change to the mortgage, I give them a call and they said it was submitted too late so nothing happened… does anyone follow up about anything… nope. Never recommend going here, customer service is terrible and none of them actually know what they are talking about. Just useless save your money and go somewhere reputable

Do not waste your time. The employees are rude. They blatantly lied to me a few times, which caused me to unfairly get mad at my lawyer only to have my lawyer prove she didn't do what they claimed.
One said she was going to submit my claim and someone would call me back and it ends up she didn't even note my file, so I was waiting for a call that was never going to come.
My Lawyer had advised them that I am not renewing the mortgage and requested a Discharge and they sat on it till it went into renewal and then charged me penalties and keep telling me it's my fault. Horrible Horrible service. I have never been so disgusted. I never write reviews, but this transaction was really upsetting.
GOOD F&*KING RIDDANCE!
