★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. First and foremost, the employees are rude... Sweetness in their words are missing, as if they don't want to help you... Now comes the worst part.. I went to this place for NRE account opening which they leverage us to open in India and ask us to get attested there. One can open account after getting photocopies attested for which they charge you $10/document... You read it correctly... Per page... I have never heard of any bank charging you for opening an account, though this is indirect way of charging you but this doesn't bring any convenience to customer or business to SBI... Pure loot by an Indian public sector bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than a decade old customer. Very convenient to transfer money to India online. Customer service has improved, they are friendly but busy. Most of the service can be done online/mobile so good to have online banking.

First thing I must say is that the personalized services and help provided by their staff is beyond my expectations from any bank in Canada. They go out of their way to help you when you needed.
When I was stuck abroad during pandemic, I had to call them few times to get my banking needs done. And every time they have been super helpful over the phone or Email by giving me the correct advise and help me.
The personal touch and the help beyond their banking job makes the SBI Canada stand out and shine.
I must say they they had my back during my bad days.
I MUST 100% RECOMMEND SBI CANADA.
