★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBC On My Way Branch is truly a bank branch that extends traditional Banking services in a most untraditional way to scurrying passersby on PATH, the busy underground pedestrian highway that connects the financial district of Toronto to Union station. A matter that required scheduling an appointment with a senior manager in my local branch was resolved by Robert in a matter of few minutes on my way to lunch. The meeting was not only extremely informal and friendly but also was efficient and effective. Anika, the customer service ambassador extraordinaire took the pain of going from A to Z to solving my previous problem, helping me changing password to finally landing RBC app on my cellphone. I was about move my account to another bank due to inefficient and unfriendly service I continuously experienced in my home branch before I bumped on to these two wonderful people, who are casually dressed, standing all the time wearing warm smiles and are ready help the customers like me. The branch looks like an ATM or a banking kiosk but they can do a lot of work similar to a branch with the help of the laptop while you sit on the couch.
