S	Susan Chau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great addition to the food courts in the Financial District. Sultan’s is located in the Eatery food court below the Royal Bank Plaza. They specialize in shawarma dishes. Ordered the Chicken shawarma entree and was blown away by their portions. They have massive portions for food court standards and it tasted way better than other food court stalls. I will definitely return when I have shawarma craving.
B	Bill Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY slow and unorganized!! I ordered a falafel wrap and the waxed paper they use must be of very poor quality since it stuck to the pita so much I literally had to eat the contents and not the wrap itself (for fear of eating paper too). What a horrible mess!!

I love beef but I do not order it from restaurants coz it’s always dry and have weird taste but sultans restaurant is beyond expectations . Their chicken , falafel and veggi is always fresh and perfect . I really could not leave with out writing a review I would give 100 star . The Stuff and the owner are so friendly Helpful and professional. I believe this is the real authentic taste that u can get . Prices are reasonable and I would say its cheap comparing to the passion they made food with and great customer service I would strongly suggest this restaurant to meat lovers and vegetarian ppl. Keep up the good work sultans restaurant thank you

Loved all the toppings and the melt-in-your-mouth baklava! Thank you for the fast and friendly service! Will be my new go-to lunch time spot. Try it, it is a refreshing addition to our limited food options at RB Plaza right now.

Food quality and food quantity was amazing!!! Always Great Service - very reliable and very friendly. They’re truly a hidden gem in the Royal Bank building downstairs. I always get the chicken shawerma and it’s consistently good!! Many Thanks and Shokran ya habayeb!! Keep up the great work!!! Cheers!

We were catering for a group of 60 and he provided us with so many options and incredible pricing. The food and presentation were PHENOMENAL and the portions were so generous. We had tons leftover for coworkers to take home. I wouldn't hesitate to cater another large event with Sultan's. The delivery was smooth and they helped assist us with set up. My only regret was not getting pictures of the amazing presentation. Thank you Sultan's for making our event amazing!!! If you're hesitant on who to cater with post-pandemic, I confidently endorse Sultan's to you.

The staff was so nice at my excitement that they were open again. They were friendly and patient with my "what is this?" questions. I recommend a visit if you like Shawarma like I do!
