★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for almond milk, it was the first thing I asked for, and I got regular milk. A little disappointing when your paying $5 for a coffee. Otherwise it's busy so there's wait time but that's normal. Nothing else that's very remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole purpose of bringing your own mug is not to waste another plastic/paper cup. But the staff in this place would pour the coffee in their plastic/paper cup first and then pour the coffee into your own mug, as if they didn’t create enough waste already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small and cozy Starbucks is right under TD Tower in the Financial District. One long sofa seat with power plugs underneath makes it convenient to work or study. There's always a large crowd at every hour, mainly business people. Internet connection is pretty strong as there's not much people stay and sit.
