Imagine waiting 6 hours! with their bad music... Most of the time was 3 to 8 hours to wait them to answer! They do not respect peoples! They are absolutely a bank from CANADA! No customer service at all! A bank that give you only big trouble with your "credit" fame! be award of this! CIBC bank is only one thing in your all life! BIG TROUBLE!

Two customer service rep. from personal banking said they but through a request for a manager from the visa dept. to ca me and no one has done so. Every two hours l call because l am on hold and the call drips after that. I may have to leave Cibc they do not respect customers time. Please help ASAP!!
