★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Sunday near opening hours, I went into the commerce court from King Station and immediately confronted accessibility issues. The escalators were not working, so I had to carry my child's stroller up two flights of stairs. When I got to the top the exit door was locked, so I had to force the stroller through a revolving door (which fyi is almost impossible and entirely terrifying). Plan ahead if you have accessibility issues. This place has no accessibility signage and weirdly, they lock their exit doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between the architecture and cleanliness I really like this place. I'm usually here to work but when you're on break it's such a relaxing spot. Only downside is the amount of construction and traffic surrounding it, what a contrast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we go again: How often do we have to complain, badger, and have your janitorial staff come to our unit take pictures of the complaint with ZERO RESULTS.
Last evening we had severe northly winds and and the noise it our home was akin to sitting on a runway behind and aircraft taking off. It surly does not take a rocket scientist to find a solution for this problem. and if you can not fix this problem please allow me to source a competent company to remedy the issue and you pay the for the repair
