I've had laser done 3 other places and it never worked as well or as quickly as it did here. Also the women that run it are the BEST. So warm and knowledgeable. Will only be going here from now on.

The women were so kind, friendly and welcoming and the wax itself was one of the least painful experiences I've ever had. Clara did such a great job, was very thorough and gentle and had such a sweet energy and disposition. I have regularly waxed for years and been to countless salons at home and while traveling and can honestly say I've never had such a positive time and experience, especially in a new place. What can typically be quite painful was honestly enjoyable. If I could come back to Toronto every time I needed an appointment I would in a minute. Thanks so much -- cannot recommend these women and their studio highly enough!

Clara and everyone there are so welcoming and explain you everything you need to know about laser. They dont cut corners or cheat, which is so hard to find. They are honest and kind and always treat you so good (they give chocolates and juice ?). I recommend all my family members and friends and they feel the same way about the service here ❤

The customer service was excellent and after all these years, I can safely say that the laser WORKS. Hoping to go back for maintenance soon.

L	Laura Kunkle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having laser hair removal for my legs and bikini so I was naked from the waist down and the technician left the door to the room open for the entire treatment so whenever the other technician in the other room came out, I was fully exposed to her which made me very uncomfortable. If the door required to be open for the treatment, I should have been informed and given the option to come back at a later date when the other room was available so I could have privacy during my treatment. I won’t be going back.

I did my underarm laser removal here and I’ve not faced any issue, the growth has gone done big time. I’m yet to complete my sessions but I love visiting them. Eyebrow waxing is top notch. It’s the first time I tried that here and I can’t go back to threading again! They are so thorough!

I had a bad experience at another waxing place and decided months later to try it again and Klara was so gentle, detail oriented and made the whole process easy and smooth. She talked me through the entire time and was very warm and personable - I had a wonderful experience and will only be coming here from now on. Everyone makes you feel at ease and I believe it’s a small family-run business so you always see the same people and it’s a tight knit group. They also offer lasering services which I will eventually be trying!
