β β β β β Worst experience I had ever had. I was going to do shellac, and in the process of removing my nail extensions, the woman almost took out my entire nail. Instead of wrapping it with foil like the lady who was sitting next to me, she proceeded to tear it off. So my nail broke and it starting bleeding nonstop. Thus, they overcharged you for the poor service. Although, she did apologize, she did nothing about it. I hope I donβt get an infection. I really donβt recommend it to anyone!
RESPONSE (Below): Okay. I did mentioned that she apologized first of all. Secondly, I changed my mind because: how am I supposed to do shellac on a bleeding nail? My intention was to do shellac and extensions removal at first. I did not know the price for removing was $15, and by the time I asked, i was already in the middle of the removal process; how am I supposed to leave with half done cracked and a bleeding nail?
You said you take feedback, then you should do something about it; There were many other accidents (refer to other reviews). This should be taken seriously as it could lead to serious infections.
Although it was not my fault that the accident happened, something should have been done about. Iβm saying that it was overpriced for the service I received.

β β β β β Nu is my girl! I stay coming back! This is biogel with shellac on top! My refill is $45. They have cash and card options (I've only ever paid cash though) lovely colour ranges abd options! And I pinch my pennies so I can make this last me 5-6 weeks depending on my schedule and my nail are still looking good despite the obvious grow out and the wear and tear it would suffer just at the tips because of my work BUT I have NEVER had any lifting or tearing !!! This is my 3rd time and I'm gonna keep coming back !

β β β β β It was great! They did everything I wanted in a timely fashion. I had gotten acrylics with a nice snowflake design. They were very accommodating.

β β β β β I have been to this place 4 times. The first 3 I was happy with the service. The 4 time was last Thursday. On Saturday 4 nails wrinkled up and the shellac began to come off. I have been doing shellac for years. This happens. Rarely but it can. So I went on Monday but they couldn't fit me in, I returned yesterday, Wednesday. After being made to wait an hour the girl reluctantly began attending me while pushing me and roughly filing my nails. Long story short it is now Thursday again, the next day after the repair, and the same nails are yet again wrinkling. Here is a picture. Getting your nails done should be requvenating and relaxing. Not aggravating ??βΉοΈ

β β β β β Horrible experience my first time going there and I needed to refill my overlay and the lady said ok and proceeded to do my toes when it came down to refilling my overlay she tried to skip over it then I asked about it and she said she doesn't do nails like that so I asked why she agreed to do it then she got instructions from the girl next to her and she tried to fill my nail and failed the didn't shape them properly argued with me about my nail shape saying it was square when it wasn't. If you want your nails done and you won't have to fix them later find somewhere else to go this is not the place.

β β β β β My friend and I were in the city over night and walked passed their spa and decided we would go back and get pedis! I can't lie, that was one of the best if not the best, pedi I have ever had in my whole life. My feet still look and feel great 2 weeks later. If I'm ever back that way I'll definitely stop in again!

β β β β β I felt CARE in this place. I was not expecting much since I was just looking for somewhere close to do my nails after lockdown and I am IMPRESSED by the young lady's skill and patience when she is doing my nails. I felt like I REVIVED after the manicure and I felt HAPPY with my result and I am still smiling inside from the care they have given to me through the manicure. So speaking of what I did there, I asked for this nude pink colour with 4 holographic effect and it comes in the total of 45bucks but I just find this the most worthwhile money spend in a long time. My heart would definitely want to come back for manicure and probably pedicure next time(:
