I suggested that if this was the case that I would settle for a trim. I guess they didn’t want to lose the sale because they suggested a regular perm instead. I figured that they were the experts and assumed they thought my hair could take it. Boy was I wrong about that. My highlighted hair is breaking off in clumps! My hair is ruined! Unless you have virgin hair… don’t get a perm here because they will take your money over the health of your hair.

I'd been going to hair salons in Korea in the past, and was never really satisfied with their service. But this place was truly amazing! I had the best experience ever. Tomoyuki was very professional and polite and did an amazing job with the haircut. I showed him some pictures of haircuts I wanted, and he gave me some suggestions and also gave me a few tips on blow dry. I would definitely go back to him again for my next haircut ? Thank you very much and see you again in 1-2 months!
r	rachilles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kota was lovely !! we talked about what haircut i was going to have (long to a short bob) and he described to me exactly how he would do it, confirming the length of the hair on each side. he was very efficient with cutting my hair and was very precise and confident with what he was doing ? i love my hair cut, and even more so after he blowdried and styled it. he also answered all the questions i had. at the end he asked to put a soft styling and conditioning creme in my hair that i absolutely loved the smell of. would definitely recommend him as a stylist ? after my appointment i had a problem on my end for payment, but the staff were very patient and worked me through fixing it, even though it took up some of their time. i really appreciated them doing it for me, even though they didn't have to. i would love to come to n15 again for my next haircut ?
A	Arushi Bhardwaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut and the lovely Kazuma did a wonderful job. I don’t trust many people with my hair but was overdue for a change in hair style after COVID. N15 is very close to where I stay and thankfully, with Kazuma the whole experience felt like a very gentle head massage. I could just fall asleep in that chair! This salon is very professional and clean. If you’re bringing a friend/family member with you, there is ample space for them to wait too.

Showed her some pictures of what I want (short layered cut) and it was a big change for me since I had a very plain long hair. She kept hyping me up with this whole new different hair style during the process and turned out to be amazing and exactly what I wanted :) She also gave me some advice how I show style it too with a straightener and a hair wax for more define texture. Can't wait to visit again and thank you so much Rina san <3

His knowledge towards styling and skills for haircut and tinkling relaxing massage on heads is like cherry on top of cake. I would recommend Kazuma for everyone and now everytime I will be his permanent client Thank you Kazuma for this new style.

It was also my first time doing a digital perm, the first time it did not hold but Rina was very accommodating to let me come in and make it tighter to my satisfaction. N15 is a very professional salon and all the staff are amazingly sweet. Highly recommend Rina for her hair styling and perms. She took great care of my hair and really took into perspective of the texture as to not ruin it. She even gave me advice on how to care and blow-dry after washing.
