Very nicely appointed, very clean, in a great part of town & inside parking. Great condo on Bloor St.

Condos by Teristo were clean and quiet, peace of mind. Condo was well insulated from noise of other neighbors walking etc. Neighbors are quiet in the area. Condo was fully furnished. Nice balcony view to let the sunlight in. Kitchen was modern with nice counter tops, cabinets, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer. If you cook a lot on your vacations or long term business trips, pots and pans for cooking are provided. Utensils and cookware are clean. Bathrooms are clean and there is no problem with having hot water to shower unlike some hotels in the area. The heating and cooling in the condo are adequate. Beds were comfortable. There is no house cleaning like a hotel stay unless requested. Management provided amenities such as Netflix/YMCA pass for up to 5 people which is great because you are offered a lot more than working out at the condo. YMCA has basketball court, pool, large gym, track, volleyball, badminton, and many other activities for the family. YMCA is a 2 minute walk from condo. Toronto subway and restaurants are within walking distance from condo. I also want to note that upon checking in valid ID and credit or debit card was required. Deposit was also required for incidentals as any hotel/condo stay. Management was easy to work with and willing to answer all questions regarding stay. I would recommend Teristo for anyone who is looking for peace of mind, a home away from home. Last thing for anyone visiting the city: (I wish I would of known this earlier in my stay) Take the Union Pearson Express (UP) train from the airport to downtown city center versus a taxi. It’s only 13 dollars on UP and a 25 minute ride from airport to the downtown station. A taxi would cost atleast 55 dollars.

Perfect stay in a really big apartment instead of a hotel. Kids enjoyed having a bedroom all to themselves. Kitchen was nice to have and the apartment was spotless. Short walk to Queens Park and the ROM

We travel from New Brunswick to Toronto frequently for medical reasons, and typically we like to rent an apartment for the week as it's much nicer to have a full unit than just a simple hotel room. Plus we always bring our pup, and that sometimes makes it harder to find a place to stay. When I found this unit listing, I almost felt like it was too good to be true. In-suite laundry, fully loaded kitchen WITH a stocked fridge, balcony with a spectacular view..The location was perfect, the photos looked incredible, and the price was certainly lower than what we had been paying at a previous location. And there is underground parking! We look a leap of faith and booked it. All I can say is WOW!!! This property beyond exceeded our expectations in every way, and Andrew, the property manager, was a dream to communicate with. I was so impressed that I had this added to our master-list of accommodation recommendations for patients traveling to Toronto for medical reasons for the Facebook groups I'm in. We will be booking here from now on every time we come to Toronto.

My family and I stayed at this place during our trip to Toronto. We were looking for a neat and clean place to stay with availability of parking space during our trip, and we found this place which was better than our expectation. The place was clean and tidy with modern design, great view, and great location. Also, General Manager Andrew was really helpful and supportive during our stay - he was available anytime for phone call, text message, or email. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Toronto.

This hotel was booked through hotels.com Less than 24 hr before I arrived, they canceled on me and said I would get a refund I have been in touch with Hotels.com as this was a non refundable reservation They tell me that they cannot get ahold of this property to confirm and will not refund me I have called as well and left messages Sounds like a scam operation so beware
