Está protegido hasta cierto punto, con una carpa, pero no es muy larga y si hay viento, éste se cuela por todos lados y las paredes se levantan. Muchas personas no respetan la distancia y no hay nadie que les diga que lo hagan. Es complicado hacerlo uno mismo, porque algunos se enojan.
 It is troublesome at this time to be waiting outside. It is protected to a certain extent, with a tent, but it is not very long and if there is wind, it seeps in everywhere and the walls rise. Many people do not respect distance and there is no one to tell them to do so. It is difficult to do it yourself, because some get angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location in downtown Toronto. Booking was so fast, so I went there and got tested 20 minutes (!!!) before my appointment. Staff was super nice and patient. Got my result after only 3 hours. Thank you guys .

They are good & very fast once you go in for a test. Very organized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Staff named Kai ( that’s what she said) was extremely rude and Racist! She was blatantly discriminative. She treated the non-white people horribly! I have never seen anyone as inconsiderate as her! It’s a shame and very unsafe to have such people working in the health care profession.
The other staff wass very helpful and polite!
