★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to those attending they stop accepting patients about 20-30 minutes before the posted 6pm closure time. They may as well update their hours to state closing time of 5:40pm instead of 6pm. There’s a sign out front with this disclaimer, but really doesn’t Help after the fact as you can only see it after you’ve arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the assessment centre last Thursday. Staff were friendly, helpful, and answered my questions without judgment. The doctor was particularly helpful and had a great bedside manner. Please pass on my thanks to the staff who provide such a vital frontline service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a COVID-19 test. Had a great experience: no lineup or wait, good signage to know where you should go, person who administered the test was empathetic that it was my first test and I was slightly nervous (fyi - you barely feel it). Total time: 15 minutes.
If you want to get tested but worried about confusing hospital hallways, crowded areas and an uncomfortable test, come here and you won't need to worry about any of those things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today visited there as I am flying shortly.Very helpful /considerate and supportive staff. I am flying on 27th and when I requested the attendant took extraordinary care so that I can get a report before flying.
Due to surge in tests, the line is longer though and wait time is around two to three hours now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been this Assessment Centre several times, and I have to get tested regularly. The most recent experience was very unpleasant, actually it was terrible. The staff who did my swab was rude, she called my name to come to wait outside of her booth, and then she was chatting and laughing with another staff that left me there to wait a couple more minutes. She decided to go ahead to swab my left nostril.
People who were behind me in the line completed their test and left earlier than me.
One star gave to the greeting staff and receptionists, they are amazing as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is caring, organized, compassionate, very respectful and kind. Thank you for the work you do! Yes the waiting time was 2.5 hours but it could be longer. Take a book with you and your phone fully charged. Overall smooth experience.
