I have had MS for 25+ years. When I first went to the MS clinic it was fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable and available doctors who educated their patients and treated the β€œwhole” of the MS client. The Nurses were just as professional & empathetic and always available, open minded, cheerful and supportive. That blissful period is so very obviously over at the clinic today. I plan to speak to the Patient Advocacy program/ unit at St.Mikes. My fellow MS warriors we deserve better. We are a resilient bunch. But deserve much, much better care.

Dr. RV must have a neurological disorder like his patients. When his legs are wide open, his superiority complex peaks and he cannot stand/listen to his patients anymore. Together with his arrogant aggressive sighs, he would advise you to ignore/forget the reasons that made you visit him.

So where did the $20M grant go that was supposed to for MS research? All I see is a brand new lavish ivory tower with expensive furniture and swanky offices. Did you actually spend the money on research??? Pretty pathetic when you have a neurologist that is more concerned about pushing vaccines than actual DMT for this illness. When you are not qualified to speak about CoV-2 d2 do yourself a favor and sealed it. The next time I will report you. Basically this is a half-baked clinic with robotic-like physicians that go through the motions collecting a pay check and put in very little effort. They want the notoriety and exposure but you have to earn our respect. Same old results. Yes the results are inadequate. Find a cure!!!

I have enjoyed my appointments, in person or over the phone. Yes, my doctor gets delayed from new people in ER or people running late on appointments that's normal. After all as they say you can't have your cake and eat it too. I have never had a terrible experience, I'm sure as others have stated differently. MS is not an easy fix all disease. Sometimes patience run too thin. Everyone has a off day. My doctor and the staff of the offices and the MS clinic are good people. I could never say bad things. ???

Firstly, this clinic is obviously very, very busy. My first experience was difficult because of a mix up with the doctor not coming in that day and, of course, I was mid-flare up and waiting for an official diagnosis so every step of the process felt like a mountain to climb. That being said, aside from that experience the nurses have been helpful and have respond to my voicemail messages within a day or two. My only other frustration is that often the line will seem to close down before the daily closing time listed on the website. The reason I chose to rate 5 stars is because of my doctor, he is straightforward, clear, and seems to take my treatment very seriously. I feel as if he is on my team and invested in the plans for my health. He is not willing to settle for me being "fine" but seems to strive to provide the best results to curb my MS and improve my quality of life. I feel like I am in good hands with him.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! This place is the worst health unit I have to deal with in my entire life. Nothing is positive hear. They don't care about the patients at all. They are just wasting tax payers money. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, just go before trying this clinic. They leave you waiting for months without any information! Update: I finally had a chance to meet with a doctor after waiting for 3 months. Dr. Reza Vosoughi. He is amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring and patient. He explains all the details without rushing you. Same with his fellow, Dr. Saab. So I am changing my 1 star to 4. I am not giving 5 as they kept me waiting for so long and some of their staff were rude and aggressive. I hope things go smoother for other new patients.

I have been a patient here for years and I am very happy with the service I get here. It is great to know that someone is there for me when I need them the most. This is a hard disease but I really think that people should enjoy the good days as much as they can and appreciate that they even have a doctor.

So far I have been to the clinic once and it was a great experience(all things considered). The staff were friendly, Doctors were attentive, and I did not feel rushed when asking a million questions. They eased my mind, reassured me, and made me feel comfortable. There was a bit of a wait in the waiting room but that is to be expected at a specialists office. I have had follow up calls to discuss options and financial coverage that are on time and according to their projected date for beginning therapy. I am very pleased with this beautiful new specialty clinic. It is an asset to Toronto, and Canada.
