D	Dan H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the staff are friendly and the ones that aren’t I sympathize with because of what they have to deal with but the policies here and how things work are beyond backwards and many just dangerous. Highly recommend going with Sunnybrook or Sinai instead. I can’t stress this enough. And the majority of the hospital looks like you walked into a seriously underfunded and falling apart hospital with garbage piling up everywhere and furniture and finished and machines from years and years ago. I really feel for anyone that works here and hope they soon can find a better employment situation.

A	Alla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical care ever. Dismissive and negligent. I went with a bad cough that restricted my breathing and was almost about to pass out. Was told to self isolate by doctor and given zero treatment for my condition as ‘you don’t qualify for testing’. I was told to come back if the issue persists. Useless doctor and the entire trip was a waste of time. Now I’m still suffering but will be better if going to a walk in clinic.
s	sukriti bhatnagar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get your condition worsened or aggravated then you go this Facility. It has got the longest wait time minimum being 4hrs. This is just the wait time until you are called in, once a nurse attends to you for getting the details ready for the doctor that’s when you should expect your wait time to be another 3 - 4 hours minimum. There is no concept of ‘Emergency’ here. There is no accountability no redressal whatsoever. Worst medical facility ever. I had to leave without being treated as there was no sign of the doctor despite waiting for so long while my condition hasn’t gotten any better and it’s a nightmare to go and wait for uncountable hours. I’d rather suffer at home than sit here endlessly.
E	Elio P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registration and triage and bloodwork staff is extremely friendly and caring and accommodating. However the wait is just as slow and long as in other Emergency rooms. The floor in registration room is really needed to be re-painted or something, it’s too old and looks not comfortable for patients’ mood.

Besides the limitations , the non stop job during all this pandemic, the long shifts , you provided outstanding care to all of us They have even a mobile x rays machine that they bring to the room if you can’t move ( In my ignorance I thought it was a cleaning machine when they entered the room ??? but was the nurse with this portable x rays machine ). My respects and admiration for all your hard job and outstanding care . Blessings.
T	Trading NASDAQ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St. Mikes has some of the Best Emergency Room Doctors and Nurses in the Country. I was there in the middle of the night for an issue. Luckily, it was remedied by doing a work up by caring staff. It's true I had to wait 40 minutes before being seen, but they were at the same time dealing with Street Trauma's that came in by Ambulance. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in an Emergency.
