Hats off to Dr. Philips, Dr. Marod and Dr. Sh?????ra (hard to pronounce her name). Very helpful, caring, gentle, attentive to your needs and concerns, very throrough. They answered my queries directly and simply. Dr. PHilips even requested a repeat of my blood test to make sure everything is fine. He also went his way to request for an ENT for look at my nose and replace the nasal pack. Dr. Sh?????ra is very nice, caring, gentle.

K	Kalkidan Alemu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was zero star I give it. My sister just got stabbed with a needle by unprofessional Nurse. She didn’t look for a vein or anything. She just went through. The needle bent and was almost broken. My sister was crying from the pain but that didn’t stop her. It was by miracle the needle got out of her hand. And for the surprise the Nurse didn’t even apologize and explained what happened. She just grabbed her stuff and disappeared. It is unacceptable at all.

A	Atif Uber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long long wait time With couple patient. Was struggling with chest pain but no one was interested to check . Had to keep remind them that I am still here. Asked for some medicine so I can breath at least but didn't even bother to response me properly . And dont where the doctor is. Ridiculous. I wish I can give zero or minus rating.
j	junayed ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to the MGH emergency for a couple of months now. One thing for sure every-time I got diagnosed properly. Yes the wait time is longer it will probably take 5 to 6 hours in busy time to get discharged. But every-time i can go home with a peace of mind. This hospital can be a lot better if there was more doctor and nurses.
