During this visit at Park Lane Dental Care, I had a cleaning and a whitening procedure. The hygienist that took care of me was named Cathy. Cathy was organized, efficient, kind and very attentive. She checked up on my well being & comfort from the beginning of the procedure up until the very end, I felt safe and in good hands. Thank you, Cathy – you were awesome, can’t wait for my next cleaning!

They make me feel so glamourous, the chair is comfy, they gave me a neck pillow and blanket because i was tired and nervous, they let me play my music on the speaker during my cleaning, they make retainers and do procedures and are SO kind and groovy. also i get anxious at the dentist and they are patient and gentle and understanding and i was able to get a cavity filled while awake for the first time because of how supportive they are. such amazing women running this place. it's so good. also they have high tech x-rays and it feels like being at the dentist the future which is fun they texted me to book my appointment which I really like as a person who hates talking on the phone and has trouble remembering to book online. If you're looking for a new dentist check them out!

Despite having anxiety due to previous negative dental experiences, I have always felt safe, listened to, and encouraged by her. I feel she looks at me holistically. I’m able to completely relax and no longer have the fear and anxiety that I once had. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. Not only do they listen to patients, they hear patients, which is so critical.

The staff are knowledgeable, patient and fair with their pricing. Dr. Ladha is a skilled and informed practitioner, confident in her ability and takes the necessary time to get each treatment right with her individual patient's needs in mind. She has great contacts in the industry and connected me with the best Periodontist (Gum Specialist-Dr. Johnstone) I've ever been to. The other Dental staff are well educated and work side by side with Dr. Ladha. Cleanings and other standards procedures are a breeze! Alex and Danielle alongside the rest of the admin staff have continuously fielded my questions and worked with me/my insurance provider to get me the best coverage possible. Their time and patience is greatly appreciated! I'm now a full-time patient and couldn't be happier, I highly recommended Park Lane Dental Care.

She is a diamond provider so right away I felt confident in her skills but I was super surprised when I met her to see how down to earth and kind she was. She explained everything from start to finish and listened to all of my concerns. I’m so happy with my results and with the service from her entire team. The process of installing veneers is not straight forward & there are many moving parts until the final product - but very worth it considering how wonderful my veneers look! Dr. Ladha is a big stickler for details, a perfectionist of sorts, & will make sure that everything is 100% immaculate before anything can be permanently installed. I’m very happy that I decided to go with this procedure, & chose Dr. Ladha as the capable professional, to help me achieve my goal.

Last visit was particularly memorable, thanks to Isabel, the new hygienist. She welcomed me to her “dental spa,”explained all the steps, educated me on teeth clenching evidence, and was clearly smiling under her mask. Who knew going to the dentist could be such fun!
