★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While a nice looking building, only consider a purchase or a rental unit if you don't like to sleep at night or open your windows. There is a building being constructed opposite to 60 Colborne where the construction crews begin work at 6am; the TTC King Street runs 24-hours with the streetcar basically passing the intersection of King / Church Street every 10 minutes throughout the night due to lack of traffic -- the rail noise is incredibly loud even with your windows closed; the delivery trucks to the Front Street Metro enter on Church Street in front of 60 Colborne Street and the beeping noise is heard throughout the day well into the evening; and finally, you are not able to open your windows due to all these factors.
