★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean & Quite building, friendly staff, responsive management team, spacious units.. The only downside is they will not accept larger parcels.. parcels from Canada Post or your meal plan boxes. I'm new to the condo life so i'm not sure if this is standard or not, but coming from living in a house it's very inconvenient.
Edit: has a public parking garage below which is both convenient and annoying as the fire alarms in the building were set off twice this month due to the parking garage in the middle of the night. No doubt from people off the street as it’s not the best neighbourhood. Hoping that this is not a common occurrence or it would ruin an otherwise great building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past 1 year I have stayed here, I have been bombarded with 3-5 fire alarms every month. They have some issue where false fire alarm gets triggered and annoys resident.
They say the amenities are free but they charge $2.3 plus $150 as a security deposit, every time you want to book amenity like study room. The management is cold and will not respond to your emails.
The floor design is odd and there is continuous construction noise due to 2-3 construction projects going on in proximity.
If you are considering living here, please try talking to actual residents about the issues and not be fooled by the leasing agent.
