β β β β β The building is infested with Phorid flies and management pretends it doesn't exist. The garbage is always broken and not properly sealed as a result these flies have found a home in the building. They look like a fruit fly but with a hump on the back and move quickly.If anyone sees them please report it as these flies carry disease from living on dead carcass.
It is truly disgusting and upsetting how a brand new constructed building can be so poorly managed.

β β β β β I have the pleasure of staying at with Massey tower(197 Yonge street) . I have seen team(Management, Security) putting full potential in solving problems of building. I had personally saw few guard dealing with parking system. I know some time it get very frustrating dealing with parking system but security and management team does whatever there hand.
Overall it is great building to stay. I am enjoy staying at Massey tower.

β β β β β I have been living at Massey Tower for 2 years. Upon moving in I have encountered harassment from front desk staff. Almost everyday I have been interrogated by staff asking if I lived here and asking if they can see my fob as well as watch me scan it. You must also leave your drivers license or health card at the front desk in order to get into the gym. One evening I went down to the front desk to request a key for the gym where as they were handing me one of the keys they took it back and said I'd have to come back another time even though there was no one scheduled on the sheet. My guests are also interrogated when coming into the building and are asked what they are doing here, and how long they would be waiting for even though it took me 5 min to get to the lobby due to the elevators being out of service.

β β β β β Brand new condo opposite to Eaton Center on Yonge Street. Excellent location in the middle of downtown Toronto. The view is superb too.

β β β β β I moved in this building last year and apart for the elevators, I like this place. The view from my condo is great(Yonge-Dundas Sqaure) and it's located in the core of downtown, just 30 seconds from Eaton mall and Queen subway & the path. The concierge are nice enough and I never had any issue with my Amazon deliveries. The building management however has been lying about when they are going to open the gym which is frustrating.

β β β β β DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU REQUIRE PARKING.
The Parking system in the building is constantly down, it can either take 10 minutes or 2 days for your car to arrive. and its just as bad trying to park your car. At least 2 days a week I would have to Uber to work because the system was so backed up.
The front desk people are Horrible and so rude. and the management cant be bothered to do anything. I could not move out of there fast enough.

β β β β β Good locationοΌ But there are many homeless people nearby! The security guard in charge of opening the door is very handsome! In the morning and evening rush hour, the elevator is always not enough. It is very crowded and the high-rise scenery is very beautiful

β β β β β Most of the front desk folks are beyond horrible. They are rude, unhelpful, and clueless to basic questions about things like where cardboard boxes should be disposed of. I have asked multiple times for clarification on the rules/procedures about various things (like paperwork) to ensure compliance and have gotten wildly different responses or completely incorrect information. They also never answer emails. Most of the time they aren't even wearing masks (they have them around the neck but they aren't on) and I am beyond frustrated. I make a point to be nice to them and they are always in a horrid mood. The few that do understand what's happening are so frustrated with the incorrect info the others are spreading they are super rude (understandably but not appreciated).
There are a couple of front desk staff who are however, nice and COVID-19 mask compliant. For those, I am thankful. However, given the fairly large rotation of staff I've seen, they are definitely in the minority.
The units are nice and the cleaning staff is friendly. Garbage chutes are in use/out of order more often than I'd like but usually if you return a couple hours later, things are fine.
