R	Rachel Botma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such a wonderful place to live. The staff were incredibly inviting and welcoming every day, greeting the tenants by name. It was always such a pleasure to catch up with Douglas whenever he was working. The amenities were beautiful and kept up very well. Rooftop patio was a great place for sun tanning and bbqing (also couldn’t ask for a better view), and the garden terrace was so lovely as well. Miss living here! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The staff and security team here is by far some of the best in the city. The concierge manager, Douglas, as well as a number of others on his team, all make their best efforts to get to know you and remember your name. The building is very safe and is a well maintained building. Being a condo building in the middle of the downtown core, it is a very quiet building filled with many different types of occupants; students, young couples, families with small children and a few retired individuals. Wish I could give more than 5☆'s

They have all the tools you need for your unit as well if you're lacking and even tools for your car. The parking is super spacious and it's clean and updated everywhere. I moved because I rented but would have loved to stay. Basically a 10/10 for all of the little things outside your unit.
C	C Ser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for about 5 years and loved it! Really well located, 30seconds to the path, streetcar, subway, etc. Best location ever! Very close to the St. Lawrence market. Very secure building, clean and well taken care of. It's not a noisy building which we appreciated. What made our years here even better were the staff, always willing to help, especially the concierge / security manager Douglas! Always so kind and knowledgeable about everything in the building. He really goes above and beyond.

Hands down best building in Toronto. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Douglas in particular is a standout. So incredibly polite and solution oriented. Could not recommend this building enough.

It’s clean, safe, quiet, in the perfect location, charming. Excellent communications with residents. Not to mention the high ceilings. My favourite part was the staff. They are wonderful people who are AMAZING at their jobs and make residents feel at home.

We really enjoyed living at 7 King. It was a quiet, well-maintained building right in the financial core. We were steps from the subway and Path making the winter commute ridiculously easy. The building is extremely well run by a hardworking and courteous staff, and is always impossibly clean. The front-desk team lead by Douglas is the best in the City. Douglas and his team work tirelessly to ensure the building is safe and that residents’ needs are looked after. We miss our days at 7 King but highly recommend the building.

During my 9 years living there the Concierge and Security team run by Douglas was outstanding. They were always diligent in ensuring the safety of residents and so polite and friendly. During Covid, I felt comfortable knowing the building took all the precautions and staff were always so helpful Thank you for making my time there so great! I'll miss it
