★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had heard about eyelash extensions for a long time but had been reluctant to do them. I wanted a place with an available appointment soon and at a reasonable cost. I called Belle Femme and got an early Saturday morning appointment. I didnt know what to expect and when I got there I was greeted by a lovely lady Arzina who you can tell GENUINELY cares about her clients. I had never met her before and explained to her the dramatic look I wanted. She proceeded to inform me of the several different options I had and as I knew NOTHING about eyelash extensions I was worried i was not going to get the dramatic look I had wanted. She explained everything to me and we proceeded. As she was doing my eyelashes (no pain not any issues) she provided a comfortable environment with no interuptions and she and I have a lot in common and provided great conversation. You can tell she truly cares about her work she added extra lashes at no cost she spent the time it took to make my lashes perfect. After about less than 90 mins she showed me the mirror and my gosh my lashes were beautiful. Her work speaks for itself I would highly recommend her to anyone. She gave me clear instructions on how to take care of them and told me to come back during the week if there were any issues and she would refill or fix them at no cost. I had no issues and am looking to go back to her this week. Thank you so much Arzina for being so kind and talented and actually caring about the work you do it shows. From one caregiver to another you are amazing :) keep it up see you soon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Amazing!!! I am a newbie to lash extensions and Arzina made the experience such a relaxing and enjoyable one. She was an absolute professional. She explained every thing in great detail and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I told her I wanted a natural full and not necessarily glam look and she delivered. The end result was perfection with every one complimenting my extensions and saying I had such beautiful long lashes. Thanks Arzina you are Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen Arizina for my lashes before and she is lovely. However the owner of the salon itself is a big bully, she claimed I can't park my bike inside because of COVID which makes no sense. I will never be returning there, nor will I recommend it to any of my family/ friends. Hope Arzina finds another place.

I was a bit nervous but she's very gentle and talked me all the way through. Tell her what you want done and she'll work with you. She enjoys what she's doing and that results in your beautiful lashes! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first electrolysis session with Azrina and it was AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you as she goes along. Azrina pays close attention to her client's levels of comfort and has a wonderful sense of humour! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azrina as an individual is lovely; however, her electrolysis techniques and hygiene practices are horrible. I left my second electrolysis session with her heavily bruised and now have significant hyperpigmentation on my upper lip. She isn’t very hygienic either. She would answer her phone, or have a sip of her coffee and touch your face with the same hands which is a huge public health red flag. In general her workspace isn’t very clean and I should have done myself a favour and not return for a second appointment knowing this during my first. Please ensure you ask her to show you that she’s putting in a new needle and to wash her hands before touching your face for any procedure.
