★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I purchase a phone for our son. Within a month of purchase the phone stop working. It was sent to their lab to be fixed and I was told I would have it back 7-10 day later. When I followed up in due time, they stated it was not ready. I came in to the store upset. The customer service rep name Zee made everything all better. He understood waiting for another week or longer would be a major inconvenience. Zee made sure we got a new phone with same warranty. He even called my husband and I to see if everything was fine afterwards. Outstanding customer service by Zee and Chatr. I’m very pleased with service and product.
