These guys are awesome! I was quoted (for repairing a cracked screen) everywhere from $220 to $375, and it could take 24 hours before getting it back. I called these guys, dropped by 20 minutes later. One hour later, for $150, my screen was changed. Professional, honest; highly recommend!

I'm upgrading changes made 48 hours ago to my original review (below), and am upping my star rating of these good people to 5 Stars :) One great guy in the gang just apprised me of the supply issues impacting my repair and wants me to hurry in ASAP now that he's finally received the part! ORIGINAL REVIEW - - - - Appears to be a father-and-sons business :) Courteousy was outstanding. Whereas my cell dealer wouldn't even show me the tool he used to open my stuck SIM tray, these folks GAVE me a tool for free, did a simple fix on the tray and refused payment for the help. Over the phone the father even offered to stay open a bit after closing if I could make it there quickly. They also adhere to all recommended pandemic protocals. Kudos! Does "user friendly" get any better than this?

Rude and racist Owner. From the time I entered the shop, I could feel the Owner's negative energy. I had dealt with his fabulous Employee on two occasions so I asked to specifically speak to him. Yet the loud and rude Owner insisted on speaking with me despite me repeatedly asking him not to. His body language was very aggressive to the point in which I feared he would hit me. I guess he thought that I was a homeless Black Woman as I had entered with my shopping cart. I told him that I am a Black Muslim Woman. I do not always wear my hijab. He tried to apologize but it did not seem at all sincere. The Toronto Police were called but couldn't do much as he didn't physically Assault me. I will never re-enter as I don't know if the Owner would again try to get physical with me. I will not enter any other stores within that area as I am too traumatized by what occurred to me on May 20, 2022.

GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR PHONE REPAIR NEEDS. I had a charging issue with my Pixel 3a, took it to the Google recommended store, and they said that it was a motherboard issue and would probably cost 250-300 to fix. I went to this store, and they insisted they could fix it for around 100 bucks. I was very skeptical, but I left it with them, they gave me a loaner phone (which I had to purchase, which makes sense because it was a nicer phone). About a week and a half later (it hadn't been on my priority list to call because the new phone worked so well, and I didn't expect them to repair it whatsoever), they called me up, told me it was fixed, would be a hundred bucks, and so I came back in and they gave me the difference in cash back (I had paid with cash the first time and didn't feel the need for a receipt because they seemed like standup guys - no trying to scam me, nothing of the sort, which would be very easy since I didn't have a receipt, they remembered what I paid for it, and gave me the difference - minus a cord that they had lent me that I ended up purchasing because they were worried it was an issue with my cord that caused the damage in the first place). While I think the cord might have been a tad overpriced, I saved the money on the tax, the repair and would have happily paid it as a tip. Plus 20 day guarantee if the same problem were to happen again, they'd repair it free of charge. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the service, it takes a special call to action to write a review, but I feel like small stores like this can have a bad rep depending on the location/if they're not associated with a brand name, it's sometimes difficult to trust they'll won't try and take advantage of you, but I wholeheartedly recommend going here for any of your phone repair needs. I know this will be the number one place I turn to if I ever have an issue in the future, or if I need to purchase a new phone as well. Good fair prices and I'm happy to support these guys.
