★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, they damaged my mother board trying to install a new charging port. I called to get my money back and he got aggressive and loud, finally hanging up on me when I asked for my money back. I tried calling back and he ignored me, take your business somewhere else as he is dismissive of customer issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. Replaced my broken screen on my Samsung. There was a defect on the replacement and they replaced that without any hesitation. They offered a loaner phone while the repairs were being made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin, brought my iPhone after it had been water damaged and become unresponsive. They kept my phone for almost 2 weeks, eventually returning it to say it was unfixable. When they returned it, the screen was loose which it hadn't been before. I brought it to a 2nd place for another opinion, who let me know they had removed the screen improperly and returned it to me MISSING MULTIPLE PARTS. Upon calling the technician I was told "he put it back together in a rush as he had just gotten married" ????
(also the new place fixed my phone in 3 days)
DO NOT BOTHER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my computer in because the BIOS couldn't find a bootable HD so I wanted a professional to fix and possibly offer upgrade options if possible. I knew my HD was most likely finished but though maybe it could be salvaged. If you take a look at the screen shots of the conversion with whoever was working on my computer you will see why it recieved a 1 star. Brought it in Sept 5....conversation went back and forth until he/she decided not to return my question (I was asking if they could install a 2TB harddrive for me as a fix) on Sept 14th! This was the WORST service I have recieved in a long time! Just avoid this place all together although it's a shame as I love supporting small businesses
