Visiting this location was very good experience for getting a new connection with my family. I'm now saving lots of money by Switching from Rogers to Freedom Mobile with a LTE network. I'll highly recommend this to Friends and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible customer service. I recently moved to freedom and last week I decide to go for the waitlist for the Iphone 13 Pro max and the attendant said they need to do a credit check before I could get the phone.
No problem. He did it and my credit was approved and then he just said: I will call you when your phone arrives. Like, he didn’t even ask what model I wanted, what colour, how much storage space, nothing. It was clear he just wanted to get rid of me as quick as he could. Then I came back and told him: hey you didn’t even ask which phone I wanted. I want the Iphone 13 pro max with these specs and such and he said: okay I knew that but no problem, come back next Thursday to check if the phone is here.
I come back on Thursday around 7:10 pm and asked about the phone and he was like: You said you wanted the PRO not the pro Max, you have to join a waitlist and deposit $100. But come back Monday to do this. Like what?? So basically he didn’t want to waste 10 mins of his time to set up the waitlist for me and just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as he could.
Sorry this is one of the worst customer services I have ever had. You are better off going to any other Freedom store than this one.
