Staff is friendly.
Ordered on line for pickup and had no issues.
Pizza was done perfectly, crust nice and crisp.
Have to say not all locations are the same.
Just moved into the area was was very pleased with how good the pizza was compared to where I used to live

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the second time I got to the store and my pizza was forgotten. Rather than owning up to their mistake they blamed the call center and offered free cookies to make up for it.
This was a bad experience right from the call center where the agent had no clue conf we bring their packages and constantly repeated herself while sniffling her nose. Not something you want to hear while you're ordering your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but this was the worse pizza I’ve ever had from pizza nova. The toppings where falling off each slice and it wasn’t even cooked raw dough. I had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes more. By that time I lost my appetite no more pizza nova for me. I’ve seen the last few reviews not good on your side. I shouldn’t of even given you one star ? I want to show pictures of the pizza but this app won’t let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular location and I love the pizza. However I’m giving 3 stars because it’s extremely frustrating that they understaff their counter on busy Friday and Saturday nights. Despite ordering online, I have to wait in line just to pick up my order which I can see sitting on top of the oven. All because they have only 1 person at the front. It defeats the benefit of ordering ahead of time.
Please, I love this location, but please have at least 2 people at the front on busy nights to service pickup orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Star, Pizza Nova on 1954 Danforth Avenue.....never have I thought I would ever have to give a 1 star rating to a Pizza Nova location, that pizza you delivered to me was so Bland and distasteful, you call this cooked to well-done? well.... well-done! you have managed to disappoint me after thinking very highly of this franchise cause not only was this not done well-done but it was a little cold when I bit into the cheese it was a little hard and how is that possible if this was delivered all the way to my apartment in a thermal bag so that alone speaks suspicious volume also what has gotten into you to put the pepperoni's under the cheese, what were you thinking? the toppings is supposed to be on top of the cheese so it becomes crispy and delicious like come on seriously. Please do better the next time I order from you guys that's even if I get around to it at some point in time.
