Came at 5pm they said it's a 2 hours wait, came back at 7pm waited another 10 minutes in the waiting area. The receptionist told us to go in the room, waited another 50 minutes in the room. ? What the hell is wrong with them. I thought they were going to leav us in the clinic. The have no respect for others time. Doctors are great.
N	Nader Balata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just another doctor's office that opens at 9 am but doctor strolls in at 9:45 and sees first patient at 10 am. Unfortunately, the attitude here is typical doctor superiority complex over their patients. Don't go here.
A	Aziz Azizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst walking clinic in the area, if u go for walk-in the wait time is 3 hours. Just wondering y would u accept this many patients so everyone one should wait minimum 3 hours just to be seen by doctors. ?‍♂️
M	Mars S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lombardi is a great doctor! Unlike most physicians in Toronto, Dr. Lombardi carefully examines, listens, and talks about your problems and treatments in details. Although you will be a little dissatisfied from the reception and their poor behavior. They hardly answer your call or return your voice message! After several calls in days about the result of my ultrasound finally answered around 6pm and said that they closed at 5pm while open until 8pm according to their website. She added that I have to pay $$ to receive a copy of my ultrasound report. During my visit, I also wait for couple of hours, but I think that' s alright if you get a proper consultation and follow up.
E	Edris Ne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless staff and very unprofessional and no work ethics. They have no human feeling in their hearts for a patient, even if the patient is a kid. Just to leave work on time (even there is no patient waiting in the clinic) they will still not accept walk-ins despite there is an hour left for closing time. Shame.

S	Shimanta Hrishit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE FIRE THE RUDE RECEPTION LADIES IMMEDIATELY!!! They lie about extremely long wait times, they are rude and disrespectful to patients and they often don't even do their jobs of picking up the phone. The doctors and other staff are excellent, however if the front of the clinic is rotten the reputation as a whole will be brought down. Unfortunately I cannot return to this clinic until patients are treated with basic human compassion by the reception. I have also warned my network of the mistreatment of patients and they will also stop visitation at Thornlea Medical Centre.
