M	Megan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 starts I would. I went as a walk in patient for the first time on Friday. I had an awful experience. He cut me off every time I'd go to speak, he didn't listen to any of my concerns fully, he was rough and extremely aggressive during the exam and I got hurt. He hurt my elbow from being rough with my arm and the next day I found 2 bruises on my arm where he touched me as well. I was really scared during the exam and I don't want that to happen to anyone else.

L	Lynn Morra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is filthy, the doctor (Dr. Weatherhead) is about 200 years old, his nails are long & dirty. His office is disorganized, crowded & dirty. I had staples removed sitting on a chair with hair all over it. There was no antiseptic to clean it, the blood was running down into the other staples & I had to ask him to clean it to continue. This is a photo of the homemade bandaid he put on. He wiped it with paper towel before the bandaid was put on. This walk in should be closed down.

I saw the doctor and although I was hesitant hearing his diagnosis, he was bang on with what had been wrong. The staff was very careful in our new covid world and were thorough in their safety practices. I would not hesitate to go back!
S	Siew-Mei Skinner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unclean and cluttered examination room. Dr. Weatherhead didn't use gloves and I didn't see him use hand sanitizer or wash his hands. Disposable otoscope covers were kept loose in a drawer that didn't look like it was particularly sanitary, he used a loose one of those in my ears and then the same one in my nose, which surprised me too much to ask him to stop. He misdiagnosed me as not having strep (didn't do a swab, but at that point I was kinda glad he didn't offer). Just said virus, use lozenges. Saw another doctor a few days later after issue got worse, turns out I do have strep and am now on antibiotics thankfully. He was friendly-ish, although paternalistic, so I can see what some positive reviews are getting at. And I thought some of the negative ones were over-exaggerating - they were not, even the fingernail comment was not over-exaggerating. I don't feel good giving a negative review, but in the medical profession, this might actually bring real harm to someone someday. It appears like Dr. Weatherhead is the only doctor that practises there so I actively advise not going to this clinic even if you have to wait a day to go somewhere else, like what I should have done.
