Celia is fantastic! I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain for over a year now and my family doctor actually recommended this place after my first experience with physiotherapy didn't pan out too well and I'm happy he did! I think for me the most important thing is that whoever I'm working with listens to me and Celia has done exactly this and implemented a plan that works specifically for me and always takes in all of my input. Would recommend!

After sustaining a shoulder and neck injury through a car accident I was referred to CBI through my gf’s car insurance company. I have been attending physiotherapy for the past month and a half and the staff have been amazing in helping me get back to full mobility by decreasing the pain in the injured areas. Celia has been fantastic and has been very informative in regards of explaining what she will be working on in each session. She explains the purpose of each muscle and joint and what she will be helping me achieve in each meeting. Amanda has been great and is in charge of providing me with the right exercises by strengthening the muscles and joints. She has done a tremendous job in helping me get me back to full health. Amanda makes sure that posture is key and that by improving my stance that it will help me in my recovery. Both Celia and Amanda have been integral in my recovery and because of them I have been able to return to work without any restrictions and decreased pain. They have been great in preventing my injuries from getting worse and has helped me improve with each session. Now I am seeing Harry for weekly massage therapy sessions and he has been amazing in focusing and targeting the painful areas. My neck and shoulder definitely feel a lot better after each session. My favourite thing about each session is how welcoming all three are each time I step into cbi. They always ask how the targeted areas are feeling and what my pain levels are. The pain has decreased tremendously and I continue to look forward to future sessions until I am at 100%. And with their help I’m sure I will be back to full health in no time. Thank you guys for your professionalism and friendly atmosphere.

Initially you're greeted by administration staff- who are welcoming, very organized and just as knowledgeable in their own right. I can only speak about my treatment team, but, I am not doubtful the clinic manager Hussein- holds all of the clinic staff to high standards. My treatment team consisted of Hussein, Jillian and Harry. All 3 are professional and very patient when discussing/ explaining your treatment plan. They take the time to make certain you're fully aware and educated about your injuries/ treatment...so don't be afraid to ask questions, they are a wealth of knowledge! Overall, I appreciate the holistic approach the team took with my specific needs. They are personable and a joy to have worked with! I would highly recommend this CBI location.

I was in a car accident in August and my insurance company suggested CBI since they are so close. From the day I walked in this team has been nothing but amazing. Celia, Amanda & Sharon always welcome me with such a warm smile and I can tell when I’ve come in they’ve discussed my case and have new suggestions for how I can improve. I’m already seeing so much progress and I can tell they’re genuinely happy for all my wins. Really great therapists, they treat you like family, I would highly recommend this team!

Celia was a great physiotherapist! She helped me recover well and at my own pace. She made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. After a few months I’m back to how I was before the accident, and it’s been a huge relief. Would definitely recommend her!!

I came across the CBI Health Toronto Danforth when searching for physio to treat my sciatica and based off the great reviews, I decided to try them out. I was able recover from a bulging disc with their assistance within 3-4 weeks. Hussein and his team are very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process of treatment plans. I was dealing with this sciatica for months prior to starting with them and I can gladly say I am finally pain free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Very odd experience to say the least. Only kind person there was the receptionist. The assessor failed to give proper instructions, wasn’t clear on what was required to conduct testing. Older bald headed white male there (possibly a bigot) was very rude and unwelcoming. Overall 1/5

The team is great everyone one of them, Shri, Kiana, Michael, Apurva. We received a referral for this place and went in clueless but the support and guidance the team there has provided was amazing. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with Physio, kinesiology or OT. Thank you so much CBI health Danforth team, appreciate all your help!
