★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was crying and I was having severe pain in abdominal but he didn't bother to check abdominal. When I find other doctor they immediately diagnose me and he find that I was suffering appendicitis and suggesting me to go emergency. This doctor just give me Tylenol and Gravol only. I'm writing because I wanted to save live to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I have moved to Toronto, I have always taken my kids here. They are very friendly, and the referral times within their network are pretty good. I got a dermatologist appointment within 3 weeks of requesting the referral. And I never have to wait more than 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This walk in clinic doesnt even deserve a star. This is the worst clinic and to top it off the doctor has no knowledge. He should get fired. I made the mistake twice by bringing my kids here. Only for my kids to get even more worse then when they first went and when I went to an other doctor they had to prescribe my children antibiotics... if you are smart so never ever come to this clinic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this clinic a couple of times. In general, my previous experience for receiving treatment for the common cold was okay. My experience yesterday on the other hand was pretty terrible. The doctor I saw gave me the wrong prescription, and instead of writing me a new one, he told me to go to the pharmacy he faxed my prescription to and told me to ask it to be changed. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me that the doctor cancelled the prescription all together and did not make a new one. I have been trying to call his office all day today and left a few messages, yet no one has responded even though they are supposedly open today. I even had an online appointment booked today, yet no one got back to me. I would highly recommend going to another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come to this clinic! Unfriendly staff, horrible service! I and my wife were disrespected by Dr Begum, who refused to help us on our consultation over the phone last week. Besides refusing to answer a simple question I had asked, she said she didn't have to talk to me and hung up the phone, which, in addition to being disrespectful, is not ethical. I am going to report to the authorities and get the clinic a lawsuit.
It is unacceptable that in an amazing country like Canada people still get this kind of treatment.
This clinic does justice to all the negative reviews it has got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kamruz Zaman is the absolute worst doctor I ever came in contact with. This is a local walk in clinic by my house so I would go there when needed and he just does not care for how you, interacting in a positive manner with his patients, your health concerns and a solution to help solve it. Hes extremely rude and dismissve. On a zoom call during the pandemic I explained to him about my health concerns and this guy literally paused our conversation to complain and yell at his receptionist. The receptionists also never answer the phone! You could even be in the clinic and you will see that they do not care to answer. The other female doctor is extremely nice, tries to help her patients and has a great sense of humour. They need more doctors like her!! This place needs to be audited and by the looks of the other reviews below I am not the only one who feels this way.
