Waited for two hours with my sick 3 year old to be told by the doctor it's probably covid and to go get him tested before she would even look at him. Could have just saved the time and asked if he had been tested recently at the front desk prior to making us wait. Not everyone who has a cold or congestion has covid! Thankfully we have an amazing emergency room who did a rapid covid test on us ( negative btw) and looked after my little man within half an hour today.
o	orthotobi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Medicine Hat and unfortunately have had to seek medical help twice in the past month. Both visits I was treated with kindness and compassion. I was attended to by different physicians at each visit and they both listened to my concerns and reassured me they were there to help. I am forever grateful for their care. The office staff were also professional and supportive (keep up the good work).
R	Rita Sklarchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't go here. If I would give a zero if I could. The office manager is very abrupt and confrontational. Without breaking confidentiality about the appointment. The office manager was rude and made assumptions about the situation. Rights were violated.

Doctor was ok but unfortunately she doesn’t have answer to the reason why i came to see a doctor. But she gave me a prescription to try if it works. Not much information given to me. I like the looks of the clinic, spacious and looks new. This is just my experience.
R	Roxanne C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the front desk are great. But, wait times are extremely long, and the one doctor comes off as rude and judgemental. As a doctor your job is to treat your patients; not judge them and make assumptions about their situation or make them feel embarrassed. Do your job. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism from that doctor.
D	Dany Bergeron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be a usual hour or more wait to get into your scheduled appointment when your doctor is aware you have a newborn and a toddler with you. Would not recommend this clinic unless you are the same ethnicity as the doctor… didn’t know that was still an issue around here. Dr.Mahmoud should be able to give you reasoning on that. Also when, if you are able to sit with your doctor, make sure you over see the prescription with a good pharmacist as she has prescribed meds that are not safe for your allergies and medical situation like pregnancy. BE CAREFUL with this clinic!

The time in the waiting room was short and the doctor was efficient without being rushed..He faxed in my prescription and it was less than hour from stepping into the office to picking up my medication was less than hour.

But that was no big deal to me at all, they had patients in and out of rooms very quickly. The physician I met with was a very nice man, and helped me very quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I will be coming here from now on!
