★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had received a letter stating when my appointment was, had called to confirm it, waited until the month of appointment, called to find out it was cancelled due to me not confirming it. ? Was told they would find an appointment for me and call me with a date. That was mid October, I realized hey they never called me and well I really need to see one. So call back only to find out, "you had left that up in the air" uhhhhh no. No I did not, give out are dropping the ball on being a receptionist and I hen tryi h to blame me for your errors. Horrible receptionist, and I normally don't make posts like this but incredibly rude and can't own HER mistakes. Needless to say after waiting for over six months with no appointment now, I am being transfered out to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Khan is a con. Seen him a couple of times, doesn't listen to you, only talks. Diagnosed as Bi-polar, went on meds, moved to Calgary and seen him via-computer. Went to pick up my meds, and he has 3 other things prescibed for me also! I missed one appointment because of work and have made other appointments only for him to stand me up. He is not good at all, especially when dealing with "mental health" of all things! I think he needs to see a doctor to find out what is wrong with him. I can't believe he is trusted with people's mental health. Disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely traumatizing experience. Never got to meet Dr. Khan in person, only talked 3 times on the phone. Used a diagnosis of borderline personality to accuse me of manipulating him, pulled me off a very serious medication in an extremely unsafe amount of time, claiming there “is no withdrawal” from it. (There very much is, any real doctor will warn you about the severity of the withdrawals.) Made me feel like an absolute idiot for caring about my safety. Refused to listen and was plain out rude. I removed myself from his list of patients and I have been terrified to talk to another therapist since. This was at the end of 2021. I am still suffering with Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome because of his treatment. If i could give 0 stars i would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
