V	Virgil Caton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 hours even after having a appointment. Although the staff was really nice. Dr Taylor was in the same room as me for less than a minute I found out from the pharmacist what the prognosis was and what my persciption was used for.
T	Tuxedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept waiting for an hour even with an appt.Staff were polite, doctor was not polite ,snarky and exam was done very fast ,did not even aswer questions ,left the room in the middle of my sentence ,left me to ask question again to his assistant.Was given a pamphlet on patient conduct expectation upon arrival. Postings through out the office, again on patient conduct expectations. With cleary stated threats of "expulsion".Clearly Doctor Taylor does not feel he has to follow any conduct that is professional or courteous.Over all his staff are proffesional ,Doctor is not ,perhaps it is time for retirement.
B	Beak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever, retire and worry about chess and blues. Sat in room waiting for him listening to him book dinner and tickets for show for almost 30 minutes. He has rude nurse diagnose patients and he comes in room for less than 3 seconds. He wouldn’t have medical licence in the USA. This doctor and nurse need to go it’s disgraceful.
B	Bo Peep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 hours even tho I had an appointment. The ladies that work there were amazing! Very nice however Dr. Taylor spent less than 30 seconds in the room with me didn't even speak one word to me. And checked out the total wrong area that was bothering me ... not impressed with this doctor what so ever. The medicine he gave me I told him it didn't work for me that'd what the last doctor gave me and he walked out and ignored me .
C	Caitlin Amber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What A JOKE this office is. Waited forever to get an appointment and the staff (reception lady) was an absolute btch the first time I spoke to her. Finally when I got my first appointment I spoke with the nurse who was friendly.. then Dr Taylor came in spoke about me to the nurse not once referred to me directly but spoke about me as “she/her” all whilst he stared at my chest and looked at my hands(problem area) for all of 2 seconds. Booked a check up appointment 6 months later in January only to have them call and say they were closed the day they booked me. So booked me for feb 20th. I went and their office was closed. The audacity of the staff to not call their patients to let them know they are closed!! I couldn’t believe it! I will never be returning to this bulsht practice they are running in this unprofessional office. Get a call 2 weeks ahead to confirm my appointment only to not get one. Was hoping I could find help or relief for the pain I feel while at work as I work with my hands. All I heard were bad things about this guy and I decided to give it a try.. wrong choice... What a complete joke.
J	Jennifer Bunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied my mother in law to her appointment. Her appointment was for 3:00. We were the only people there when we arrived 20 minutes early. By 3:00 the waiting room was full. His office booked several appointments at the same time. When we finally went back to the exam room we talked to one of his nurses (who was very nice) for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. When Dr. Taylor came in, he did not say hello, did not ask my mother-in-law any questions and simply read what the nurse wrote. He then scribbled a prescription and walked out before we had a chance to ask any questions. His nurse applied liquid nitrogen to a spot just adjacent to my mother-in-law's eye and we were told to make another appointment on our way out. Not impressed with his manners or his skills, as he simply wrote a prescription for a medicated cream that had already been tried on the problem areas.

I book a consultation to have my skin looked at tells me it looks like skin cancer and to book biopsy. I go in for my biopsy waited long after my appointment time, he didn't even mark down where to take a biopsy from, doesn't exchange words, no eye contact. In and out in minutes leaves me to ask all my questions to the nurse and I asked how long it would take for my results to come in they say 3 weeks. I asked if they would contact me or my doctor and they say both! Here i am waiting month + later and still no call back. So I called them today to hear my test results for them to tell me it came back as inconclusive. You don't get an answer back which makes me unworthy of a call back!!! ? wow talk about waste of time . Highly recommend you travel elsewhere for answers
s	sinece r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No call at all about my results. I phoned the walk in I go to and they told me that the results came in April 9th. And I still have to go to the derm office anyways to get my answer. Even if it’s negative, I would still like a phone call or some form of contact as I’ve been quite anxious and depressed about this for over two months. I was told that either the derm office or the walk-in would give me a call. I suppose they thought the walk-in would take care of it, despite dermatology not being their main expertise and having a constant flow of patients. Forgive me if I’m salty, but a simple 5 minute phone call is the bare minimum of a professional office. Heck, even just answering the phone machine when I press 3 would help me out greatly. Yes, I am aware of the calling hours. But, hey, what’s a few more days of waiting. The only good part about my experience would have to be the very kind nurse who answered all of my questions and reassured me as I’m nervous around needles.
