★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is very sloppy with his work, maybe he was having a bad day but his negligence changed our families lives in a week. He operated on my dad and 1 week later my dad is dead!! Dad had colon cancer and what we were told is it was a simple surgery and dad would be fine, but he did not sew him up properly and dad went into septic shock and passed away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of months ago I got a big shock. I discovered that I urgently needed surgery. I was terrified. Not only about the surgery but the resulting disfiguration. Dr van Niekerk was calm, kind, informative and gave me the feeling of someone who cares very much. The surgery and recovery went very well, and I am so happy that the resulting scar is amazingly minimal for such a big job! Thank you for saving me and making a traumatic event so straightforward. I knew I had the best on my side.
