★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical team works directly with the pharmacy staff inside the same clinic. My doctor's prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy electronically, and I have my medication within minutes. They also do free deliveries by the next day. Just today, I needed a prescription refill, so the pharmacy staff Rahim, told Dr. Ramzy to call me for a follow-up, which he did within an hour or so. Then, he sent the prescription to Rahim for it to be filled, and it will be delivered the next day.
I truly appreciate their help, as it saved me precious off-work time, that I can spend relaxing, after treating 40+ hours of physiotherapy patients each week, during the pandemic.
Truly, I feel like I have found my medical team home at this clinic. I hope you will give it a chance despite the reviews, since these may just be one side of the story! Thank you to the amazing team at Pro Care Clinic and Pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best and most caring pharmacy in the whole GTA. If you get a new medication they always take their time to explain things very thoroughly even when they are busy. Oh and most of the time I will be there right for when they open at 9 a.m. and Rose will have my prescription filled, billed, and I will be out the door before 10 after 9. Unfortunately I have been forced to use a different pharmacy closer to home for now due to an illness and this new pharmacy I literally sat there feeling as if I was just going to keel over for almost an hour waiting for my prescription to be filled. Can’t wait til I feel well enough to make the drive to Scarborough and ProCare pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on Monday, April 18 2022 to ask for the covid testing kit.
One of the 3 staffs answered “We have 2 kinds of testing kit, one is free and the other one you have to pay”
I asked what is the difference ?
She said, both are the same
I said then can i get the free kit.
She said we’re out of it
You have to pay $45 plus tax to get it
They are so rude, one was on the phone with her boyfriend, other one is playing on the nails
End of story
Never coming back here, rude staff. What kind of pharmacy is this ???
Im going to report them !!!
