★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PHARMACY SERVICE EVER
The pharmacy staff are all asian and are RUDE AND RACIST
There person who assisted me was being nice with someone else who was also asian, however, was being EXTREMELY RUDE with me (I am Indian)
I also told him to watch his tone as he was being rude, and if he continued, I would go to Walmart pharmacy and he simply didnt care
i just took my prescription back and went to another pharmacy

1-This is NOT my frustration - this was my experience and the service that i had received
2-If you require more details, speak to the pharmacist who had assisted me (who was rude), You can also look up my name on your records, because that unprofessional pharmacist actually charged my insurance company and when i went to another pharmacy, they told me they couldnt process my claim as a claim was just processed and it took him an hour to cancel my claim - why did he charge my insurance - he shouldnt have done that - EXTREMELY UNPROESSIONAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on the experience that I had with the Pharmacy located inside the Shoppers Drug Mart . I feel that this was the worst experience of my entire life. Here we have a Chinese gentle man who seems to be the leader of the pharmacy had very bad attitude and treating people differently and am one of the victims today.
I droped my prescription 2 weeks ago along with the full payment for the medication .Since the medicine was not available I was asked to come after a week. They charged me for the medicine at the time of dropping the prescription but there was no courtesy call or any kind of communication informing that the medicine was ready to pickup. When I went to pickup the medicine this great gentle man behaved very rude and didnot serve me for no reason.
Worst and very poor customer care services and this gentle man needs good training for how to treat people equally in a pharmacy like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the pharmacy here to get my booster shot. Everything went smoothly, the pharmacists were very professional and got through the line of people waiting very quickly and efficiently. They were able to answer all of my questions, and I had no issues with the booster. Great service, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist is very professional and well-mannered. She was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions in a manner I understood. Don’t go to any other pharmacy. Even if I had a cold while on the west coast, I would still drive to this location on Sheppard and Kennedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to so many shoppers drug mart and i never received a customer service like the one i got here. I really want to thank the manager Hannah and Staff member Emily, these two girls went “Above and Beyond”. I was there with my family late at night looking for a specific TV to gift someone and they both helped us out checking the inventory confirming they have it and gave us the TV. The extra effort from both of the girls made our night perfect. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my second dose and booster shot for COVID. Staff was prompt and helpful in administering both doses. All paperwork with vaccine certification was emailed to me in a timely manner shortly after my doses. Will definitely be back!! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went for our booster shots today. The service at the pharmacy was very good despite the long wait (lots of people). Pharmacist Karen was professional and Rita was very kind. Some of the other customers were a different story. Despite pressure from customers, Rita continued to treat everyone kindly and efficiently! Kudos to Karen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this Shoppers Drug Mart location over the past several months to have myself and my family members vaccinated. Each time I went, they key pharmacists and staff have always been kind, patient, and efficient.
When completing the intake process, all pharmacists and staff were informative, and communicated well. They were consistent and clear on what to expect, and maintaining safety protocols for anyone waiting for their appointment.
The pharmacists that attended to the vaccination appointments for myself and my family members were gentle, and thorough in their preparation process. I have a young child who was receiving their vaccination and the pharmacist was great at keeping my child calm and generally happy which I really appreciated.
Overall, the team at the pharmacy have been fantastic!
