β β β β β I came in on March 28th for my Covid vaccine and was so pleasantly surprised by the service I got from Samira. She was so efficient in completing the registration and very professional in meeting with all the patients that came in. Always had a smile on her face when dealing with me. Samira even obliged by taking a picture of me getting my vaccine shot, which I kindly requested her to do for me. Pharmacist Yung-Kang L too was very good to me, as I was really nervous when I took the vaccine. Thank you so much IDA - Kennedy Rd. Pharmacy.
April 1st
I just called the Apple Clinic asking for Samira but it happened that Grace picked up the phone. I wanted to inform her that I was having difficulty in posting my review but she was very rude and told me not to worry about putting the review as something maybe wrong with the site. I also asked her about what vaccine they are giving now and she said Astrazeneca. I told her my family member was looking to get Pfizer as she has an underlying health issue and needs to be vaccinated soon. Her tone of voice was not very professional and told me that I could go to a hospital for that. Not pleased at all with her attitude.

The pharmacist he is super nice person that I never meet at another place. He will give you a good recommend and very good price for medicine to lets you save amount of money, he even gave me a free fabric mask when I forgot my mask in car.
I came with a worry feeling and leave with a smile.

β β β β β Bill is so nice and friendly. He always asks how my family and I are doing. He always does prescriptions right and in a timely manner. I always feel happy after leaving because of the positive environment that Bill has created. All the staff are friendly too. Best pharmacy Iβve ever been to and I will continue to come here (even though there are many other pharmacyβs that are closer to me)

β β β β β Absolutely GREAT service! both the owner Bill, and assistant Grace are wonderful people with attention to detail and safety in these Covid times. the service was both rapid and efficient ... I cannot say enough.
Caring people with a good sense of humour even thou it was obvious they are working above and beyond ... but smiles and courtesy all around.

β β β β β An excellent vaccinating experince. Received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and got automatically booked for the next one (talk about convenience). The doctor (Bill) had a pleasant senese of humour, and was professional when it came to administering the vaccine. Will be coming back for my second dose!

β β β β β Small clinic but the pharmacist cares about the patients, they have a system set up so patients can go online and fill prescription before going into pharmacy. Small pharmacy but it is a "Grade A" facility

They were very professional and extremely quick!
Proper social distancing, wait times were short, and they did it in a way the needle didn't hurt.
