★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met with Savannah to get a new machine due to the problems Phillips is having with my old machine the Dream Station 1.Savannah was her usual cheerful self while explaining the features on the new machine. Savannah is very knowledgeable and always very patient answering our questions and taking the time to make sure we completely understand how to use and maintain the machine. This is so different from the poor service we use to get from the Lethbridge office. I had my sleep study done in Lethbridge so we were dealing there while never being very happy with the service level, not to mention the drive. The service from Savannah is so far above the level of Lethbridge that it is like night and day and we sincerely hope that Savannah never leaves this office. In todays world it is very uncommon to receive the exceptionable service that we do from Savannah. We highly recommend her to anyone who is or will be using a CPAP machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been dealing with RHS Medicine Hat for 5 years now. They provide excellent, professional service. Today I visited Savannah to upgrade my CPAP machine due to the Phillips recall. She really does a great job of explaining the unit and ensuring the machine is calibrated properly to suit my needs. She answers all your questions and is great at researching health insurance coverage to determine what future needs are covered.
If anyone is having sleep apnea issues, I highly recommend RHS Medicine Hat to look after you. My wife would sure agree as well, because now she can enjoy a quiet, restful sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Respiratory Home Care Solutions today and was very impressed by staff who bantered a bit of humor with me as I was escorted into my meeting room with Hanna. The first thing she did was listen intently and make authentic eye contact with me while I voiced some concerns. Hanna was very informative, explained a lot about what was happening in the cpap world and more specifically explained some of the characteristics and advantages of my cpap machine. She also filled out a recall form for me. During the whole meeting, she spoke clearly answering my questions. Meanwhile she developed a rapport with me while adjusting settings on my machine. She heightened my confidence in the use of my machine while developing a trusting environment. Hanna has outstanding communication skills.
