★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 cpap machines, called to purchase a new mask cushion, went to there office, door was locked, employees inside would not open the door, sign said to call there number which I did and got a recording saying they would call back with in 2 days! Never got a call back !
So I called MEDIGAS who said come right over ! MEFIGAS sevice was second to none and I bought a new mask! Been dealing with MEDIGAS eversince because of there great and fast responsive service !
Been a year now and still have not received a call from VitalAire even after calling since!
I strongly suggest if your dealing with VitalAire that you give MEDIGASE a chance, you'll enjoy the great professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing. I had used a different clinic that ended up closing and a friend referred me to them. I was very pleased with how they treated me. I had been having some issues lately and they took the time to answer all my questions regardless of how long it took. They recommended a different therapy and some things I could do to manage problems that came up. Very knowledgeable , I found my new place hands down. Will be back for sure as my machine is getting old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried 3 times to purchase a new mask for my cpap machine. 1st time it wasnt in stock, 2nd time they were closed for inventory and the 3rd time I was rudely told that they were with another client , they didnt have time to help me and I would have to come back later. This is ridiculous . Maybe its time to start looking for another dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a sleep apnea test done on 16th June 2021 by your company. Despite numerous calls by my doctor’s office the results have not been forwarded to his office! Extreme inefficiency & couldn’t care less attitude - I don’t recommend anyone to use this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're very good at the start with everything.. but within the last year approximately, they have canceled my appointment the morning of, I have called them to make an appointment several times with no one calling me back, and now want to drag their feet when asked to send my sleep study to a competitor. I will never use vital air again period!
