N	Nadia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the most confusing appointment set-up. I got a call shortly after my family doctor made the referral and I set-up an appointment for a month in advance. That part was fine; the lady who called was nice & normal and she told me to arrive at 8:30pm and that I would leave at 6:30am, etc etc. A few days before my appointment, I get a reminder call while I was at work (middle of the day in the middle of the week). I had a very busy week at work that week so I returned the call as soon as I got off Friday afternoon. The lady who answered (a different lady) said that she couldn’t find my appointment and that they would only be able to take me if there was a cancellation from another patient... How does this make any sense if I got a call a MONTH in advance telling me the time and place of my appointment? I couldn’t believe it so I went in person at the time my appointment was suppose to be. The ladies there took my health card, started whispering to each other behind the desk and then told me “why are you here? we told you you can only come if we have an opening, which we don’t yet.” I was so frustrated - I cleared my schedule for this appointment and made arrangements to make it there; why would they then put me on a waiting list? I just left because they basically started laughing at me because I went to the clinic anyway. Bottom line: if your family doctor wants to refer you to a sleep clinic, don’t come here.
N	Nadiyah Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to postpone my appointment due to a death in my family and was told I'd have to give 2 days notice or be charged $200. The funny thing is that I was only given a the appointment the day before so how am I supposed to give 3 days notice then?? There was zero empathy for my situation and the girl I spoke to was downright mean. Good job!
S	Sam Rastkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take you right away for sleep, but You have to wait months and months to get a call back from their doctor. If you have a sleep problem, they will ask to go back for another night and again months and months to get answers; every time I called and ask why it took so long, the only response was, sorry, we cannot do anything!!!!! They are not organize at all. I do not recommend this clinic at all.
L	Lara Malak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the staff and the Dr. were very nice! The room resembled a hotel room, which I enjoyed & it was very clean. I took 1 star off because I disliked how they wake you up (2 quick knocks, open your door and tell you that your sleep is up). The second you wake up, you're very rushed to leave, which caused me to experience a stressful awakening. *PS. My test results were discussed 11 days later...not long, considering i've read longer in the previous reviews.
P	Paul Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself was fine, standard room and it was clean enough, the attendant assigned to me was pleasant and helpful. However, I waited a month following my sleep study and had yet to receive my results or have an appointment with the sleep doctor scheduled. I called the clinic to inquire and it was clear that they had completely forgotten to do either. When I finally was able to speak to the sleep doctor (Dr. Perl) he was curt, stating that I did not have sleep apnea, suggesting I speak to my family doctor if I have any further issues, and ending the phone call abruptly. He provided no further insight and seemed almost annoyed at the fact that I did not have sleep apenea. I've heard of far better experiences at various other clinics from colleagues and would recommend looking elsewhere if at all possible.
D	Danielle Angoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a sleep study, the day staff gave me the instructions I needed and I appreciated the reminders. When I arrived I was greeted by the nurse who was well informed and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and any questions I had she answered. Room was comfortable and everything was clean and well sanitized. I didn't feel rushed even when I was getting ready to leave in the morning. Got an appointment to speak to the doctor which is what I was hoping for as it is not too far on the calender.
D	David Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. The lady that outfitted me was not helpful and could not answer any questions. I slept there for two hours, had a bad sleep and they told me I could go home, which I was fine with and thankful for. Then I wait a month or more for results and the dr was so rude on the phone, offering no information other then I had sleep apnea and needed a machine and that was that. He would not answer my questions, he would not give me any further insights or recommendations. I would not recommend this to anyone, now I have to go get another opinion somewhere else where hopefully i can sleep through the night and they can try and help me rather then put me on a machine. This dr should not be practicing anymore, if the answer is binary what the hell is the point.
a	adam bichara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on the fourth floor, they offer free parking lot but you have to provide your car's details such as make, model and license plate number. It is very clean and comfortable room. Just like a hotel, technicians are very professionals, I was taking care by Edward, he is very nice, funny and processional. Room consists of comfortable double bed, two night tables and very quiet rooms that you hardly hear any movements outside of the room. You will get mask and let you go to sleep around 11 pm, and you must leave by 5 am in the morning so cleaners will come to clean rooms in the morning.
