โ โ โ โ โ I recently rented and purchased a CPAP machine and accessories for the first time. Florence, the CPAP consultant, provided excellent customer service and made everything go smoothly for me. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional.
She was great at demonstrating how to use and maintain the CPAP machine and related accessories. I would highly recommend MRC Sleep Healthcare to others based on my experience with Florence.

โ โ โ โ โ Florence was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I was fit with the most comfortable nasal pillow mask and the most quiet apap medical device. She advised me on how to clean, maintain, and travel with my machine. She helped me set up the app on my phone and I am able to monitor my results. Her assistance with my insurance claim and calling me personally after the first use, shows she excels in patient service. I recommend Florence to all my friends and family for her excellent care.

Florence is extremely knowledgable and helpful and spends as much time with you as necessary to answer all questions and make sure all the equipment is perfect for your needs.
