Worst dr ever she is rude with their entire staff plus they are racist too she dont know the way how to talk with her patients ????????

RUDEST/WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER!!! not to mention they never picked up phones and said "we never pick up phone; leave a voice msg and we'll call back" This time, i have an appointment in a month from now, but cannot make it no more, so i called to reschedule. the receptionist said i HAVE TO come on the day b4 since that's the only availability. I told her i cannot make that day for sure, can i just cancel the original appointment and would call to re-schedule once i have the ultrasound result. she said i cannot cancel, and "why can't you get your ultrasound done, do you work 7 days a week?" i was a bit irritated when she said that - i called IN SUCH ADVANCE to re-schedule, and now i CANNOT EVEN CANCEL my own appointment due to work schedule change? (their trick is just that if i'm forced to come, they make $$ and if i cant get it cancelled but cannot show up either, they can fine me on that). and then she told me "get your ultrasound done and call me back" and hung up. then i did call back IMMEDIATELY, saying i'll cancel the appointment, and I'LL CHANGE TO ANOTHER MD! The doctor looks nice, although she gave too quick a review on my result, and tried to sell me diff kinds of birth control products - it's still bearable but her receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE AND COCKY THAT I'LL CHANGE MY SPECIALIST JUST CUZ OF HER! You can live in a miserable life but you don't have to make others' life miserable too! i have to travel 2 hours from downtown just because my fam doctor recommended her - guess it's time to change both of them!

Do not trust this doctor what so ever!! I trusted this doctor recommendation of IUD. I listened to her rather than my trusted family doc because i thought she's an obgyn and would want the best for me! Nope she gets paid by pharmaceutical companies to promote certain stuff. Here I am pregnant again even though she inserted an IUD that she recommended and said best on the market. (Less than 6 months of inserting it).Not only am I now at a higher risk for ectopic pregnancy but I'm also at a higher risk for miscarriage. Do not trust this doc.

Literally the worst doctor. Very rude receptionist, she laughs at me when I asked a question. The receptionist cannot even speak proper English. Doctor's office is irresponsible. If the doctor herself is so worried and not wanting to see patients, why is she even a doctor to begin with. She will not give you an honest opinion about her health and condition. I had to go seek other medical advices on the same condition because she is so useless.

this doctor does not even deserve one star. worst doctor ever. does not even care about her patients and their wellbeing. has no sense of professionalism. every patient is just a number to this woman. please avoid this clinic at all costs!

Showing empathy and respect is what a professional physician should do but this doctor is far from the basic virtues of being a doctor. She makes no eye contact, talks loudly but never listens, ignores the patient's concern and questions, and is not professional. I highly doubt why she is still practicing. Has anyone ever tried to complain her conducts? I asked a couple of questions and got ignored. She didn't even remember what and how much doses she prescribed to the patient before the biopsy. When being asked how serious the problems were, she ignored the questions completely. She acted like a technican as she gave no professional medical advice. Perhaps it is her loud voice that makes her arrogant and uncaring. When I asked how many days of bleeding was typical after the biopsy, she yelled, "One day? 3days? 3 weeks? 4 weeks? It is hard to tell." She stormed away and left the patient in the room. No one likes seeing doctor. No one wants a biopsy if not 100% necessary. Your patients are human beings and have feelings. If you, Dr. Cheng, doesn't have empathy in your system, you definitely should not stay in the medical system. You definitely have to ponder on why your patients wrote you bad reviews. Avoid this gynecologist at all costs. Period.
