Saw this nurse Yuting Ding here, she is a RN at the Toronto Western Hospital.
As soon as I saw her she looks like she doesn't want to do her job, lousy look on her face, messy desk, answers her phone when she talks to me, hair straight out of bed.
Told me she will only solve a problem I have if it is simple cold, no referrals to specialist at all, not even giving me medicine refills I have been taking for years.
Did absolutely NOTHING!
She is incompetent, rude and lazy. The government needs to take away her job and let her go back working in a factory!
You will regret it 100% if you go to choose her as your medical practitioner!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great clinic with a team of 4 Nurse Practitioners, always on-time to see you for your appointment, takes time to listen to your health concerns and takes great care of you. I am seeing Nurse Practitioner Flora Lo and I would never think of choosing another primary health provider except her. There is also a Dietitian and Social Worker available to address my diet and social concerns. Excellent service and speak many languages: English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommended this clinic to anyone looking for primary health care provider. All the staff at the clinic are very helpful. The receptionists are very responsive and very kind. My family and I see Nurse Practitioner Susanna Fung who is very detail-orientated and will explain medical treatments and procedures in such a way that is easier for me to understand. The clinic just recently moved to a new location so it is very clean and spacious. Keep up with the great work !!!

The team here is so efficient. I never have to wait an hour to see my nurse practitioner. The receptionist is always friendly and well-mannered. Susanna Fung and the other nurses are so amazing.
The clinic is so diligent with following up. They call me several times to ask if I've heard back from the specialists I was referred to. I would definitely recommend them as a primary care team.
