โ โ โ โ โ A middle aged Asian faced women (wearing scrub sometimes ) sitting behind desk is extremely rude, has absolutely no manner, often hung up on u out of blue when u try to make an appointment. Her attitude makes u think that she runs the clinic! Also, she speaks very poor English. I'm pretty sure that the "old aunt" someone else referred to is the same person. The clinic feels so much better when she is absent.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Xingchen Chen is the worst doctor I have ever met! She has a very strong attitude right from the beginning with NO RESPECT. She doesn't even let you finish describing what you feel and what you are going through and rudely says you are wrong, not giving you any chance of describing what you feel. She just wants the appointment to end as soon as possible. Doesn't give proper referrals, and doesn't care about patients at all. It's even unacceptable if a nurse acts like she did. It's as if patients are her slaves. She's going to set you off to suffer and provided ZERO help. Unbelievable. I have no faith in their health care after this. Save yourself some trouble and avoid her at all costs. What a waste of time and tax dollars!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The old lady sitting at the front desk is extremely rude to ALL patients. It feels like this lady just has unlimited anger but express no where only to patients. Don't recommend to anyone unless this lady is gone.

โ โ โ โ โ WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. This lady refused to give care for my friend's mom who is bed-ridden only because her health card is expired. As per Ontario Health, expired health cards can still be used until Sept. 2022. She was told this and she said "I dont care what Ontario Health says. They dont pay us." And then started to speak her own language in front of us. Like Really?!
Dr. Cheng though, is a great doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Cheng is competent and helpful. We appreciate his care and concern toward his patients. The receptionists on the other hand are very rude and show lack of respect. It is upsetting that they work in healthcare but do not care about the patient's well-being. Would highly suggest for them to get trained on how to show compassion and empathy towards their patients. Hanging up multiple times before hearing the patient's concern is not the way to go. Patient satisfaction is significantly enhanced when staff members communicate effectively with patients.

โ โ โ โ โ Their receptionists do not know english well. Took their a long time to understand English speaking patients. They were chewing food (or something) while speaking to me on the phone.
I wish they read this comments and please be a bit more professional on their jobs.
Overall- doctors are good.
