★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this evening at 7.20 pm. They are already closed and the cleaning lady was mopping. They are supposed to close at 8 pm.
What kind of walk in is this. Absolutely horrible. Nothing but lazy. I'm going to report this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a patient of Dr. Ibrahim with my family for years . His experience and knowledge is unparalleled , very thorough and really caring physician . My son has a complicated medical issues and been under his care , I can’t say enough about this doctor . We eally appreciate his care . Highly recommend him , he is the best doctor ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whats the point of being a walk-in clinic when they cant even attend to clients on times they have mentioned they can assist. Worst experience ever.
If clients come in late thats on the client. Theres a reason why appointments are booked so clients can attend to them on time not 15-20 mins later. Now because this happened, I couldnt even be assisted because all of the appointments got pushed back..
Some reevaluation needs to be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Bridletowne medical for years, it is the most disorganized clinic. They recently hired a secretary by the name of Tracy, and boy have things changed, she is so efficient and friendly, she also does blood work,, she is truly an asset to this office.
Make sure you go on a day when she is there, your experience will be fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately have experienced several encounters now with this clinic. The receptionist is surprisingly awful in every category and disrespectful. The doctor is unsanitary in my opinion and wasn't wearing gloves, or washed his hands when interacting with me the patient. I would recommend driving 5 minutes up the road to see any other walk in clinic. 0/10 experience made worse by unwelcoming, incompetent receptionist, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors at that clinic are Amazing. You will not find as good , caring and empathetic doctors as them. I have been treated by both Dr. Ibrahims and if it was not for them I would not have been alive and in good health as I am today. They are Awesome and have never turn me down. I also see them at their second location and I have to say I am lucky to have that such great care. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctors and wonderful staff. My doctor is Dr. Hany Ibrahim, he is one of a kind doctor, He is extremely polite and professional. His staff is amazing and I can just tell you if you are looking for an honest and reliable doctor it is Dr. Hany and his colleague Dr. Maged. All my family go to this clinic and they love it. Very highly recommended.
