C	Cory Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your hard earned money here Laundry facilities are expensive and many of the be machines don't work properly management doesn't care but they are the first to put a notice in your door for an inspection lots of daily issues with elevators and overall services at 50 Aurora Court

I just bought a new vehicle and parked in a paid spot below where they're doing construction. The pipe above dripped acid all over my vehicle. I was told to get three quotes- I got four and now Kathleen is telling me that they're not prepared to cover the cost and I should go through my auto insurance and maybe they will cover the deductible..How dare her! People pay to have peace of mind..She made no effort at all to resolve the issue. No one should live at a place like this especially when paying so much for rent.

Submited application for December 15th and was told they will review my application and asked me to bring the money oder the coming weekend. Prepared the money order and no respond for a week. Called them, was told they just rented the apartment out who will start at Jan 1st. because they forgot my application. Looks like no one was working there... Waste of my time. They kept saying they will call me but never called, and I called in a few day laters to check there is any update, they became really really rude and just asked me to wait. Now, two months later, no respond. The people there also don't speak english and sounds so lazy. But I feel lucky I didn't get the apartment otherwise I can imagine the management.
d	doug wade G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (20 aurora court) I have only been here for approximately 3 months and my experience here so far has been positive. My unit was renovated and looks very modern. Building is clean and quiet and is conveniently located near transit and shopping mall. Management has been cooperative however, rent is a bit expensive and the vents need to be cleaned due to excessive dust accumulation.

Now my friend after staying 2.5 yrs in same apartment and with proper notice is not allowed to vacate. They are asking for a penalty of 6 months rent, unbelievable. Sub standard apartments, scam park property management. Keep away!! If it was not for Toronto housing issue, they will have all their apartments empty with such service and scam rules.

Do NOT waste your money on any of these substandard building apartments because you will pay an arm and a leg for the unit and you will also suffer and will get sick due to cool uncomfortable apartment that you have to deal with in the middle of winter. Especially, the 50 Aurora Court is a terrible place to live. In winter, you will be left terribly uncomfortable in a cold apartment. The more you tell them it’s cold in your unit, the less they believe you. I have been measuring the temperature and it has been below 21 degrees Celsius. Every radiator in rooms and in the living room is half cold and the other half is barely warm. When asked the reason, the superintendent said the building has been built like that! The Park Property Management basically does not care if your apartment is cool because the new tenants would need to pay for the electricity, and the park property management has set up the building heating system at lowest temperature possible and would tell the tenant to use their own electric heater and pay to keep warm. This is a nasty unfair treatment of the tenants. This is against the City of Toronto’s bylaws. The City of Toronto bylaws require the landlord to provide heat to a residential dwelling at a minimum of 21 degrees Celsius between September 15 and June 1 of each year. There are cockroaches also in the apartment. I truly regret moving into this building and cannot wait to move out.

I accidentally locked myself out of the garage by leaving my key fob in my car, i waited outside the garage for a good while, but nobody came to let me in. I then decided to go to the to the super to seek aid, i went to the office and learned that his shift for the day has ended. because I couldn't risk being late at work(i work the afternoon shift), I went to his apartment to seek help. I was very polite when asking for his help, but he flatly refused me, told me to go back and wait in front of the garage's door and slammed the door in my face.
