★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all, I’m not a tenant in the building but my close friend lives here for over a year and I visit him frequently. I was surprised to see 3.6 star rating when I referred another one of my friends to here. After reading some reviews honestly I do agree with elevators taking a while but so is everywhere else lol, but In regards to cleanlinesses and building staff, I give it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware 2 killer flaws with this apartment building:
1) IT IS NOT RENT CONTROLLED. Your rent can increase big time, so there's no advantage to being a long time resident.
2) THE UTILITY BILL IS OUTRAGEOUS and makes no sense whatsoever when compared against nearby apartments. Add at least $200 - $300 per month to your rent for this.
The 5 star reviews are all from people who just moved in, but before getting their first utility bill or massive rent increase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience living at this particular residence. Management is money hungry and does not care about their residents. Security is lack lustre. My vehicle has been broken into three times during my brief stay (not even a full year). There was never a security report generated for either break in. With all three breaks in, the Police was not notified by the Parkside Square Concierge or Management.
When I asked them why the police was not notified, Serge and Inna, had the same response. They mentioned that “the building’s property had not been damaged,” so it was not their job to call the police. It left me scratching my head, if you are managing a condo, and your residents are constantly having their vehicles broken into, one would think that creating security reports of these break ins so you have them on file and diligently working with the police, would be common sense. Having a record of the times these break ins have been happening, and communicating with the police to have increased patrolling within the area, would ultimately make sense. They often want to shift liability, even though in this situation, they should not run from being held responsible.
They do not protect the property of their residents, they only care about their own property. Be very mindful when moving into this residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to this apartment a few months ago and it has been a great experience. Haus was amazing at helping us with the application and move in process and is always the first one to lend out a helping hand if we need anything. Overall, the staff and people in this building have been really great and I highly recommend it. Also, as a dog owner I especially enjoy all the dogs in the building and around the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in recently. I do not like the building. Its very busy, people do not wear their masks, they don't follow the rules of how many people are allowed in the elevators. The cleaning supplies smell very...strange. Any of my visitors always question the cleaning product smells. The building doesn't seem clean to me. There's always a spill, a mark on the floor. Hair floating around the floor everywhere. Elevators take FOREVER to get to you no matter how early or late of the day it is. Everything here seems super unorganized. Even if the underground parking... for visitors to buzz in they have to get out their car because the buzzer comp is on the right hand side of the car?? People SPEED on the road to the building, they need speed bumps or something to avoid this. Leasing management is very unorganized too, not all know what they are doing. You get passed off to who knows what more than the other? When I first moved in I was given wrong information and signed up incorrectly to the building. I have no neighbours (seems like there is a reason). When you come for a tour they don't mention the construction hours. They start at 6AM sometimes 7AM. And won't be finished until 2024. Utilities are ok with me. I think that depends on how much you use yourself. But it's only SO FAR that it's ok. We'll see if that changes. Honestly, I am almost done my lease and I can't wait to leave and get out of here. If you're new to moving out or looking for a family, friendly oriented building. Look elsewhere... Trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to this building in April '21, and it has been a pleasant experience overall. The building is new, modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly, particularly Haus. I like the fact that the maintenance request submission system is online and all other relevant updates for residents are also available within the same Parkside Square app. I also like the parcel management system and find it convenient. However, there is some disturbance faced due to the ongoing construction of tower 2, but I think I feel it more because my apartment is directly facing the construction area. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this building to anyone seeking new residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just rented a suite here and it's fantastic! Great amenities, appliances, and location with an amazing view from the Penthouse level. The staff is unbelievably helpful and accommodating, always just a call away for any questions or concerns. I mostly dealt with Shak who is one of the most courteous, sincere, and hard working people I have met in the industry (and I do work in the customer service industry.)
When moving in there was an issue with the service elevator and the issue was escalated instantly and was fixed in about 15 minutes. I was amazed!

Location and amenities are amazing, common areas are clean and well kept.
All my and my roommate requests are completed in timely manner.
